Having up to date information is a requirement under the regulatory framework of the UAE, and mandatory for accessing DFM services. Having your information up to date helps us serve you better and ensures we have your accurate records.
Before you begin the process, there are a few essential documents that you'll need to gather. Please ensure that these documents are readily available in physical format before you begin the process:
Download DFM App
Please ensure to have the latest version of the DFM app installed in your mobile device.
Login
Please log in to the DFM app with your credentials. If you have forgotten your login details, please follow the instructions on the login page to retrieve or reset them.
Update your information
Once logged in, navigate to “More” > "Update your information", click on it to proceed.
Provide Required Documents
Fill out the tabs flagged in red with accurate and up-to-date information. The form will include fields such as Identification documents, Personal & address details and Tax information.
Upload Documents
Please ensure that you have the necessary identification documents ready for upload. These include a valid Emirates ID or passport. Follow the instructions to securely upload these documents.
Confirmation
Once your information has been successfully verified, you will receive a confirmation message.
Having your information up to date helps us serve you better and ensures we have your accurate records.
To maintain accurate records, it is crucial to promptly update your information in case of any modifications in your personal details, such as a change in address or contact information, or if any of your documents have expired.
DFM needs accurate and up to date records to better serve investors. Accounts with inaccurate records may face suspension of certain services.
